HCI Alternatives’ medical dispensary opened in the Metro East nearly a year ago. The clinic, in Collinsville’s Eastport Plaza, started with 89 total patients. It has been adding about 17 new patients a week and now has a total of more than 900 patients.

Health Canada: MMJ Program Grows
